Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the evaluating preparing and dispensing of medications; verifies prescribed medications according to professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal legal
Requirements
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift between the times of 7am to 6pm and every 3rd weekend.
- Saturday/Sunday 8:30 AM - 1 PM Responsibilities: 1.
- When possible, performs medication reconciliation processes to extend a seamless continuum of care for patients upon discharge.
