Wayside is one of Massachusetts' most respected youth and family-serving agencies, supporting more than 6,000 youth and families annually across Central, Eastern, and Northeastern regions.
Key Responsibilities
- provide occupational therapy services as part of our intensive Young Adult Therapeutic Care focusing on work.
- Provide assessments, treatment plan development, and direct intervention to any young adult and families who.
- provide their educational, professional and lived experience to support a young adult and their families thr.
- Provide consultation for direct intervention that is focused on addressing the functional goals of the clien.
Requirements
- Requirements: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Massachusetts licensure or are obtaining it prior to start date.
- Experience serving adolescents with significant mental health needs.
- Experience addressing functioning in the home setting or community setting.
Benefits & Compensation

- COMMUNITY SERVICES Salary Range: $65,000.00
- $75,000.00/year depending on experience + sign
- on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro
