Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist Team Leader to be part of our Recovery Education Center (REC) Team. A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Disclaimer: This role requires flexibility to transport clients/patients to organization-sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs.

• Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater.

Requirements

• Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Certification required

• 2 years clinical social work experience preferred

• S or a different license that includes the certification of qualified supervisor

• Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans
