Join American Addiction Centers as a Physical Therapist – Home Health – Sign-On Bonus in United States. Department: 39122 AH at Home HH: York - Home Care Physical Therapy Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 8 hour days. This position is Sign-On Bonus eligible, up to $15,000.
