About the Role

Join ADAPT Community Network as a Social Worker – Preschool, Sign-On Bonus in United States. Description We are currently looking for a Full-time Social Worker to support or William O'Connor: Bay Ridge School. This position includes a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in the Adapt Intake Processes

• Develops case notes, case summaries / social histories, etc. for each student on his/her caseload including appropriate recommendations.

• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and annual reviews for purposes of planning, implementation, and monitoring of IEP’s.

• Provide emotional and behavioral support to students, particularly those with disabilities.

Requirements

Work Schedule
