Requirements

Comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Conduct comprehensive medical, functional, and psychosocial assessments under physician supervision; perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as defined by protocol.

Independently prescribe, adjust, and discontinue medications (including opioids) per standardized procedures or physician orders.

Perform provider face‑to‑face, end‑of‑life, and recertification visits.
