Key Responsibilities

• It is expected that this position will always interact therapeutically with patients.

• BHA 2: Under general direction, this position assures the safety and treatment of patients and functions at the advanced level of the Behavioral Health Assistant job class series.

Requirements

• Qualifications for the Job: BHA 1: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must obtain 10 hours of education related to Mental Health and /or addictions within four (4) months of hire and annually.

• Experience: One year of experience working directly with the public providing a service or six months of experience working with patients in a health care or behavioral health capacity.

• Preference will be given to applicants with experience working with individuals who experience mental health, addiction, or behavioral health challenges.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $22.40 - $23.52/hr

• Full-Time position.
