About the Role

Summary: The Mental Health Tech has the responsibility to ensure Children & Youth is running smoothly, and to provide support to Shift and Clinical Leads. Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent Experience Requirement: * EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A MENTAL HEALTH OR CRISIS SETTING.

Key Responsibilities

Must have demonstrated capability for consistent and methodical work with a clear appreciation of the importance of maintaining correctness of entries

Must be able to work effectively in a crisis service delivery setting, exemplify problem solving skills, formulate appropriate crisis intervention response, demonstrate self

motivation, and possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Must contribute to a professional, healing, and restorative environment.
