Key Responsibilities

include optimizing pain management strategies, reducing total morphine milligram equivalents (MME) both inpatient and at discharge, and promoting adoption of best practices across sites.

This position blends direct clinical involvement with strategic program development, using data and stewardship dashboards to measure outcomes and support continuous improvement across the region.

A caregiver in this position will work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm with no holiday.

Requirements

8th weekend. This role will be on

site at the primary hospital and provide remote support across the region. Travel requirements occur once per month to other Florida

based CC hospitals. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Provide safe, efficient, patient

centered and evidence

Full-Time position.

Day shift only - no nights.
