Language Pathology required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and State of Illinois Licensure in Speech

Language Pathology required within 6 months of hire. Valid Illinois Vehicle Operator’s License required.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, fluency, voice, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders, actively participating in evaluation conferences for discharge planning and referrals. Essential functions include interpreting test results, establishing and executing the Plan of Treatment, performing therapy sessions, and thoroughly documenting all findings and treatments.
