Key Responsibilities

• home physical therapy evaluations and follow

• Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans

• Improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence

• Provide therapy to geriatric and senior patients in home

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – California

• CPR Certification (AHA approved)

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (Home Health experience preferred)

• Experience working with geriatric patients, dementia care, or senior populations preferred

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $120 - $150/visit

Work Schedule

• Per Diem position.

• Flexible scheduling available.
