About the Role

Join Oscar Medical Group as a full-time Physician on the Virtual Health Assessment team. Provide quality care remotely via phone and messaging, supervising Advanced Practice Providers. This role supports personalized healthcare goals for members across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver virtual patient care through Oscar's platform.
Supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
Collaborate with the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO).
Valid state medical license in one of the approved states.
Experience in telehealth or virtual care preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

Base salary range: $188,000 - $246,750 per year.

Annual vacation grant.

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 8am - 8pm EST.
Friday & Saturday: 8am - 6pm EST.
8 or 10-hour shifts.
One late shift per week ending at 8pm EST.
Two Saturday shifts required per quarter.
