About the Role

Join Edmonton City Centre Church Corp as a Social Worker in United States. The Women’s Emergency Accommodation Centre (WEAC) provides a safe and welcoming environment for women 18+ who are experiencing homelessness. Reporting to the Lead Social Worker, the Social Worker role will assist with the development and delivery of case management and goal-oriented care plans.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with women and members of the multi

disciplinary team to create an individualized, person

centered goal

oriented care plan to reach stabilization and identify a pathway to permanent housing.

Requirements

Year Diploma in Social Work. Registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers.

1+ years of experience conducting case management and developing care plans.

2+ years working with marginalized populations.

Proven ability to practice relationship

Full-Time position.
