About the Role

Join Vancouver Coastal Health as a Palliative Care Physician – Part/Full Time in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will provide consultation and support to patients across a spectrum of locales, including acute care, community clinics and homes, Long Term Care sites and Hospice.

will have strong palliative care clinical skills and be comfortable managing the care of patients in the community palliative care setting.

will lead to the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.

Requirements

The candidate must have good communication skills and value working with an interdisciplinary team to provide consultation to generalists.

Additionally: One year enhanced skills residency and/or acquired the Certificate of Added Competence (CAC) through the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

Two year Royal College subspecialty in Palliative Medicine.
