Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight of the daily program of rehabilitation services Educate the Direct Care staff on how to do.

Provide supervision to Direct Service Staff, review initial assessments and IRP, and complete the review or.

Provide trainings to staff as needed and based on the training framework Conduct employee evaluations; annua.

Conduct quality phone calls, employee satisfaction surveys & referral source satisfaction surveys, to addres.

Requirements

Coverage at other locations (Baltimore City, PG County, Washington County, Frederick County) may also rarely be required.

Age Requirement: Be at least 21 years of age Education and Experience: Mental Health Professional licensed by the state of Maryland.
