You will lead and supervise a growing team of behavioral health providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Additionally, you will collaborate with operations to optimize clinical workflows, improve patient outcomes, and maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
Candidates must hold an active California license as a PhD/PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC with at least 7 years of post-licensure experience. You must also possess 3+ years of experience managing clinical teams and a proven track record in pediatric behavioral health.
