Key Responsibilities

• provide clinical oversight, trauma-informed support, and behavioral health coordination for Project Restore.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized service plans for assigned participants.

• Provide supervision and guidance to Case Managers regarding participant care, documentation, and service pla.

• Conduct mental health screenings and psychosocial assessments for participants as needed.
