Key Responsibilities

provide clinical oversight, trauma-informed support, and behavioral health coordination for Project Restore.

Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized service plans for assigned participants.

Provide supervision and guidance to Case Managers regarding participant care, documentation, and service pla.

Conduct mental health screenings and psychosocial assessments for participants as needed.
