Overview HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) Opportunity located at Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, NC. Outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing in one location!

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.

Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.

Documentation: Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.

Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Salary: $32-$35/hr
