About the Role

Join Octave as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing high-quality behavioral health care to adult clients in the San Diego area. This 1099 contract role involves delivering evidence-based short-term therapies such as CBT and DBT both virtually and in-person from your own commercial office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy.

Requirements

• Licensed in California as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Preferred 1-2 years post-license clinical experience.
• Own commercial office space for in-person visits.

Benefits & Compensation

• Annual compensation range: $253,760 - $280,800.
