About the Role

Serve as Clinical Manager at ERC Pathlight, leading counseling services and clinical teams in behavioral health focused on eating disorders and trauma.

Key Responsibilities

Lead counseling service model and supervise staff.
Coordinate community resources and monitor service quality.
Provide counseling and group facilitation.
Recruit, train, and support clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission.

Requirements

Master's degree in clinical counseling or social work.
Independent clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD).
Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience.
Experience in individual and family therapy.
