About the Role

Serve as Clinical Manager at ERC Pathlight, leading counseling services and clinical teams in behavioral health focused on eating disorders and trauma.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead counseling service model and supervise staff.
• Coordinate community resources and monitor service quality.
• Provide counseling and group facilitation.
• Recruit, train, and support clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission.

Requirements

• Master's degree in clinical counseling or social work.
• Independent clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD).
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience.
• Experience in individual and family therapy.
