About the Role
Serve as Clinical Manager at ERC Pathlight, leading counseling services and clinical teams in behavioral health focused on eating disorders and trauma.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead counseling service model and supervise staff.
- Coordinate community resources and monitor service quality.
- Provide counseling and group facilitation.
- Recruit, train, and support clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission.
Requirements
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or social work.
- Independent clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD).
- Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience.
- Experience in individual and family therapy.
