Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical review of treatment orders in MOSAIQ.

Requirements

• are initiated and completed in a professional and timely manner.

• Minimum of three years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in an oncology/haematology setting.

• Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills.
