Key Responsibilities

• CBT, ACT, Smart Recovery, and Seeking Safety to support client progress. Collaborative Approach: Partner with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and physicians—for holistic treatment.

Requirements

• Educational Requirement: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral science field.

• Licensure: Preferred—fully licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC); accepted—associate licensure (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC).

• Therapeutic Expertise: Passion for facilitating growth through individual, family, and group therapy using a collaborative, team-based approach.

• Clinical Experience: Preferred—2+ years of therapy experience and 1+ year in a residential setting using relational and experiential modalities.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $75K - $85K
