- acuity cardiac patients Manage HTN, CHF, CAD, lipid disorders Adjust meds using clear protocols (less second
- guessing) Order labs, imaging, follow
- ups Document cleanly in EMR (no after
- hours charting) Coordinate with cardiologists and care teams Own patient panel outcomes day
Requirements
- only hours and go fully remote after training.
