Key Responsibilities
- include residential, PHP, IOP, and ambulatory clinic visits, as well as limited inpatient coverage related to addictions care, including participation in patient intake assessments.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift The majority of patient care is provided in person, with remote visits available when clinically appropriate.
- Holiday coverage may be required depending on the call schedule.
- Rotating weekend call Rotating call approximately 1 weekend per month, from Friday at 5:00 pm through Monday at 7:00 am.
Requirements
- Required: Master’s degree from an accredited school/college of nursing OR master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by a national certifying body as approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation APRN Board.
- OR Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program/Current license as a Physician Assistant in the State of Illinois.

- Hourly rate: $79.67/hr.
