Key Responsibilities

The role involves providing physical therapy services primarily to older adults in their communities through a pioneer Geriatric House Calls model, focusing on one-on-one settings to achieve rewarding patient outcomes. Therapists will facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions while having the flexibility to manage their treatment schedules.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or be eligible to apply, along with a degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Basic computer literacy skills and current CPR certification are also mandatory requirements for this position.
