About the Role

Join One Brooklyn Health as a Peer Counselor – Mobile Crisis Team in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Peer Counseling on Mental Health and Substance Use issues to our patients.

Participate with clinicians in violence de-escalation/containment in a team approach, utilizing good communication and social skills within the patient's home.

Provides support clerical services (maintains case records) and follows up with appropriate referrals, under the direction of the designated program clinicians.
