About the Role
Join One Brooklyn Health as a Peer Counselor – Mobile Crisis Team in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Peer Counseling on Mental Health and Substance Use issues to our patients.
- Participate with clinicians in violence de-escalation/containment in a team approach, utilizing good communication and social skills within the patient's home.
- Provides support clerical services (maintains case records) and follows up with appropriate referrals, under the direction of the designated program clinicians.
Requirements
