Key Responsibilities

• Provide full‑scope Nephrology clinical services, including:
• Management of kidney transplant patients
• Perform consults:
• Manage medications in compliance with VA policies (no sample meds).
• Provide discharge and follow‑up instructions coordinated with the next level of care.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
• Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U. S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
• Active DEA license

Work Schedule

• Schedule procedures within 30 days of consult date
• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
