Requirements
- at the PACE Center and the participant’s home.
- Direct care may include wound care, medication administration, and other appropriate nursing interventions.
- The PACE Registered Nurse will monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust if appropriate and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- No weekends required.
