Requirements

• at the PACE Center and the participant’s home.

• Direct care may include wound care, medication administration, and other appropriate nursing interventions.

• The PACE Registered Nurse will monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust if appropriate and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• No weekends required.
