About the Role

LifeStance Health seeks a full-time or part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Burlingame, California. Treat adults and/or children with flexibility in psychotherapy and medication management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage psychiatric patients independently.
• Provide medication management and optional psychotherapy.
• Build your own caseload and patient volume.

Requirements

• Licensed PMHNP in California.
• Minimum 1 year independent psychiatric NP experience.
• 103 status preferred but not required.

Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive compensation $200,000 to $250,000 based on productivity with uncapped earning potential.
