Key Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes and directs patient care services in accordance with the philosophy & objectives of the Behavioral Health Department.
- Analyzes and evaluates delivery of patient care, quality, and effectiveness of nursing care.
- Collaborates with the Chief Nursing Officer in planning and implementing new methods of delivering nursing care.
- Responsible for the overall staffing of assigned units, reviewing and approving monthly time sheets and maximum utilization of available staff with the authority to relocate staff as required.
