Key Responsibilities

• must pass boards within 12 months of date of hire) One to two years of experience treating patients with mental health and substance abuse issues is preferred.

• provide various clinical and community outreach services at six full time clinics.

• provide cultural competent care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Advance Nurse Practice.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must pass boards within 12 months of date of hire) One to two years of experience treating patients with mental health and substance abuse issues is preferred.

• Ability to integrate services and provide care coordination.

• Ability to encourage client development, participation and optimal functioning.
