About the Role

Join Providence as a LCSW Care Manager Psych - Evenings Full Time in United States. LCSW Care Manager within our Psychiatric Department at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Evening shifts (3pm - 11:30pm) to include weekend rotations.

Requirements

Master's degree in social work.

Coursework/Training: All LCSWs must follow the guideline by Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health for LPS designation and keep their designation in current status.

Preferred Qualifications: Discharge planning experience.
