Requirements
- degree Successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
- Must hold an active medical license for each state in which the physician practices – either physically or virtually.
- Must have a DEA for each state in which the physician physically practices.
- Dual Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada).
