RN Clinical Manager, Pediatrics

About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Clinical Manager (RN) for adult nursing home care in Plymouth, MN. This role leads clinical staff, supervises field clinicians, and supports client care with high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clinical staff and oversee nurse residency program.
• Lead field staff in delivering quality care.
• Visit clients at home and supervise clinicians.
• Manage case evaluations and staff development.
• Assist with client assessments and care planning.

Requirements

• Licensed RN in good standing in MN.
• Minimum 3 years recent RN/LPN experience, preferably in home care.
• At least 1 year nursing management or pediatric nursing experience.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Child Abuse Clearance where applicable.
• Trach/vent/tube experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
