Key Responsibilities

• may include committee involvement, teaching, and participating in clinical research and continuing education to stay current with medical advancements.

• What you will do Performs and evaluates functions related to pharmacy services such as preparing and dispensing medications.

• Responsible for data collection, adverse drug reaction reporting, drug utilization evaluation, quality assurance audits, and inventory control to ensure safe medication management.

• Interprets, processes, and monitors medication orders issued by providers for contraindications, interactions, allergies, and appropriateness to provide safe, quality care.

Requirements

• Board of Pharmacy active in state of practice. within 30 Days Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience: Doctorate (PHD) BPS Certification
