RN Clinical Manager, Home Health

About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as an RN Clinical Manager in Lebanon, Missouri. Lead a multidisciplinary home health team providing care to adult and geriatric clients across multiple counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate care by a multidisciplinary home health team.
• Process incoming referrals.
• Manage and mentor clinical associates and field staff.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Review documentation including OASIS and Home Care Home Base.
• Monitor quality assurance and process improvement.
• Manage staff productivity, workflow, and case management.
• Conduct client visits as necessary.

Requirements

• Active Missouri RN license.
• Preferred home health experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Acute, med/surg, or sub-acute experience preferred.
