Requirements
Candidates must possess a PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy and either an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency or at least 3 years of clinical experience. Current licensure in Delaware is required, with Board Certification or Certified Specialty Pharmacist preferred, along with ambulatory care or specialty pharmacy experience.
