- A graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy holding a Baccalaureate Degree or higher is required.
- Current California Physical Therapy licensure required (PTL) Recent graduates who are board-eligible will be considered for provisional appointments.
- New applicants must present documentation of continuing education or experience.
- Upon annual appraisal must demonstrate participation in external continuing education.
