Key Responsibilities

  • will do: Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities, using strong clinical judgment to triage, manage, and refer patients appropriately.
  • Manage a fast-paced caseload of at least 20 asynchronous cases per day while maintaining excellent clinical.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $110K - $130K
  • 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Remote position - work from anywhere.
  • Day shift only - no nights.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed in Texas, possess 3+ years of primary care experience (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine), and be available for clinical hours Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm CT. Strong clinical judgment, technical aptitude, and a collaborative, mission-driven mindset are essential.
