• Identifies differences between drugs as they relate to therapeutic efficacy of the products for all areas including critical care and/or oncology/hematology.

• Applies knowledge of the physical and chemical properties and characteristics of computing dosages, weighing and measuring drugs, and mixing and compounding drugs and chemicals for all areas including critical care and/or oncology/hematology.

Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a School of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.

• Experience: Completion of a PGY-2 Residency program, OR completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Pediatric program OR PGY-1 and 1 year of related hospital experience OR Five (5) years of related hospital experience.
