  • Controlled Substances Inventory and Record Keeping: 2.
  • 1 Dispenses narcotics/controlled substances according to hospital policy.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION Bachelor of Science in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school.
  • EXPERIENCE Minimum of one year experience as a pharmacist, with hospital experience preferred.
  • LICENSURE BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification strongly encouraged.
  • YNHHS Requisition ID 172649.
