About the Role

Join Yale New Haven Health as a Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Competent in the Practice of Pharmacy: 1.

1 Does not have high error rate when entering orders, making IV medications or checking the Pyxis refill.

Controlled Substances Inventory and Record Keeping: 2.

1 Dispenses narcotics/controlled substances according to hospital policy.

Requirements

EDUCATION Bachelor of Science in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school.

EXPERIENCE Minimum of one year experience as a pharmacist, with hospital experience preferred.

LICENSURE BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification strongly encouraged.
