About the Role

Join Northridge Hospital Medical Center as a Occupational Therapist – Senior Level in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • As our Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services under physician's orders.
  • Your role involves evaluating home safety, assessing functional needs, and implementing tailored treatment to promote independence.
  • Every day you will evaluate home safety, assess functional needs of physically disabled patients, then develop, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment procedures.
  • To be successful, you will demonstrate strong assessment, treatment planning, and implementation skills for in-home care.

Requirements

  • time staff, including demonstrated teaching responsibilities & evidence of continuing education, upon hire and Casual per diem staff minimum of 2 yrs. experience and Part
  • CPR required. Fire Safety, within 90 Days required.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
