About the Role

Join Northridge Hospital Medical Center as a Occupational Therapist – Senior Level in United States.

Key Responsibilities

As our Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services under physician's orders.

Your role involves evaluating home safety, assessing functional needs, and implementing tailored treatment to promote independence.

Every day you will evaluate home safety, assess functional needs of physically disabled patients, then develop, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment procedures.

To be successful, you will demonstrate strong assessment, treatment planning, and implementation skills for in-home care.

Requirements

time staff, including demonstrated teaching responsibilities & evidence of continuing education, upon hire and Casual per diem staff minimum of 2 yrs. experience and Part

CPR required. Fire Safety, within 90 Days required.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
