Promoting evidence and value

based oncology & supportive medication therapy through close participation in the oncology medication therapy decision

making process with the multi

disciplinary care team.

Requirements

BS or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution (Required)

Current Ohio pharmacist license (Required)

Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) or eligible for examination and attainment within the first 24 months of employment (Required)

BCOP certification must be maintained during length of employment in position (Required)
