Requirements

  • BS or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution (Required)
  • Current Ohio pharmacist license (Required)
  • Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) or eligible for examination and attainment within the first 24 months of employment (Required)
  • BCOP certification must be maintained during length of employment in position (Required)
