Board Certified ENT / Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery
Active CO license or IMLC

Work Schedule

Schedule: 24-hour call (7a-7a)
$2,200 per 24-hour call (includes 4 hours gratis)
Holiday Call (24 hr includes 4 hours gratis): $3400 per 24-hour call
Call Back: $320/hr (after gratis)
Holiday Call Back: $430/hr (after gratis)
Ongoing: Approximately two weekends per month (pending PAC approval)
