Requirements

  • Job Duties/Responsibilities Requirements Minimum of two years (2) required experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • A residency in the field of specialty is desired.
  • Bachelors or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm or PharmD) from an accredited institution.
  • Current Pharmacist License in the State of California A pharmacy residency and/or board certification is desirable.
