Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state where services are delivered, or eligibility to obtain such licensure
- Masters Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from accredited university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state Preferred
