About the Role

Join URP Lake Worth LLC as a Primary Therapist – Detox & Residential M-F in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a detox and residential setting

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and clinical evaluations

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Treatment Team to develop and implement Master Treatment Plans

• Assist in discharge planning and coordinate continuity of care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field required

• Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern under supervision) preferred

• Experience in detox, residential treatment, substance abuse treatment, or behavioral health preferred

• Strong understanding of addiction, mental health disorders, trauma

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $65K - $80K

• 104 days PTO.
