Key Responsibilities

AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direct physical therapy patient care and additional support duties as indicated.

Contributes to a positive work team by sharing information, using problem-solving methods and accepting new ideas, criticism or advice from others.

Provides adequate supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants as defined in the Georgia Physical Therapy board rules.

Provides ongoing collaboration with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to facilitate effective and efficient clinical case management.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS At minimum, possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Possess a current, unencumbered, license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.

Prefer two (2) years experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment, or equivalent.
