Key Responsibilities

The Patient Nurse Navigator provides education, psychosocial support, and resource coordination for newly diagnosed pediatric pulmonary patients and their families. They serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless care, manage referrals, and assess patient needs to overcome barriers to treatment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a BSN degree and a current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, with an MSN preferred. Excellent communication skills are required, and certification in the specialized field must be obtained within two years of hire.
