About the Role

Join Healthforce as a Travel Respiratory Therapist – 3x12-Hour Days in United States. Overview Respiratory Therapist needed for a travel assignment in a rural, critical access setting in Willits, CA. Start date: 04/27/2026 for a 13-week assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prescribed respiratory therapies (oxygen, aerosols, bronchodilators, airway clearance) and monitor patient response
  • Manage ventilators and airway support; perform airway clearance techniques; monitor patients per protocol
  • Assess patient status across units and adjust therapy according to orders; interpret clinical data and ABG results
  • Document care in the electronic health record; Cerner experience is required, Epic experience is a plus

Requirements

  • Valid Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
  • Cerner experience required; Epic experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience

Work Schedule
